2016 Estate Tempranillo
Beautifully complex, this wine boasts layered aromas of red currant, dark chocolate, crushed violet and forest floor. Earthy and toasted coconut aromatics lead into a balanced and luxurious palate. The palate is brooding with cassis, red plum and ripe pomegranate, finishing with round-full tannins into a seamlessly long finish. This wine is especially good when paired with Spanish cuisine such as Jamon Iberico, grilled lamb with rosemary, wild boar stew with porcini mushrooms or a well-aged Manchego.
