Description
Aged 12 months in stainless steel tanks and then moved into neutral oak barrels for an additional 10 months, this wine is round, rich, and weighty on the palate. Spicy and creamy, with a light petrol note on the nose, leading to a palate of apple pie and baking spices.
Excellent with a dinner of roasted pork tenderloin with apple compote over creamy polenta.
