On Saturday, July 25 at 6:00 PM, Chef Liz Freeland presents a thoughtfully crafted four-course menu, with each course expertly paired with Miraflores wines to showcase the flavors of the season.

First Course
Arancini with saffron pea risotto, vodka sauce, crispy prosciutto

Second Course
Classic Caesar salad with baby gem lettuce, preserved lemon, crunchy breadcrumbs, and shaved Parmesan
