✨❤️🍷 2021 was a difficult year for Pleasant Valley. The Caldor Fire brought devastation that touched many residences, families, and wineries in our community. Out of that hardship, however, came resilience and from resilience, beauty. 🍷 ❤️ ✨

We are proud to share our estate Zinfandel, born from the very vines that endured the fire, and awarded 91 points by @wine_spectator.

With notes of raspberry cordial, ripe blackberry, singed cherries, cocoa, and bourbon vanilla, this wine carries both depth and soul. Its velvety, mineral-driven finish is a reflection of strength and recovery, much like Pleasant Valley itself.

This is more than a wine. It’s a story of endurance, of rising from the ashes, and of the community that makes it all possible. ✨

Our next Summer Pairing is coming up this weekend, July 5th and 6th, with Chef Simona Salvatori. Chef Simona has created a gorgeous Italian menu inspired by her homeland. You may recognize her as the owner of @amore_mio_italian_bistro, featured on the Food Network’s Best Bite in Town!
