Not a typical Muscat Canelli! Crafted in a uniquely dry style, which is not something seen often with this varietal. Miraflores has elevated it to a sophisticated, finely tuned white wine with complex and stunning floral aromatics. Made from our hillside vineyards at 2500 ft. elevation, our 2021 Muscat Canelli reflects the vibrant fruit and easy-going drinkability that this variety in known for. Picked at full maturity and slow-fermented in neutral French oak, this wine is slightly sweet and low in alcohol, making it the perfect companion to summer days and afternoons on the porch or by the pool. Sweet floral aromas jump out of the glass along with mandarin orange, and citrus blossom that make it an excellent wine for pairing with a large array of cuisine, especially Thai dishes that feature basil, cilantro, and coconut. Incredible with seared scallops as well!
