Our 100% Barbera Rosé is grown here on our estate. Barbera casts a beautiful expression as a rose with its aromas of fresh strawberries, watermelon and hints of fennel seed. Between the cross of herbaceous and fruity aromas, you’ll find an acidic layer on the pallet highlighting hints of licorice root and fresh lemon rind. This wine beckons to be paired with a brie and strawberry jam grilled cheese on seeded sourdough.
