A unique take on our Angelica dessert wine! Made with 100% Mission grapes from the Lori Kautz Vineyard in Calaveras County, picked at much lower brix levels than traditionally picked for our Angelica, the Gabriel is created in the same traditional Angelica style, with brandy added to arrest fermentation, leaving 14% residual sugar.

Barreled for 10 years in 100% new French Oak, this wine has a flavor profile similar to a naturally sweet Oloroso Sherry, with notes of walnuts and green almonds, dried fig, toasty vanilla, and a hint of old leather.
