Known as Sacramento’s “King of Pork”, Adam Schulze, Chef de Cuisine at Sacramento’s “Waterboy”, will be creating his famous paté, along with two other types of charcuterie just for Miraflores! These items will be offered for sale only one weekend per month (May-October) to enjoy outside on our patio during your wine tasting. 🌟For our VIP Passport ticket holders, we will be offering a 45 minute long (10 am-10:45 am) tour of our cellar/production. Guests will have the unique opportunity to meet our winemaker, Fernando Abarca, and participate with him in an exclusive barrel tasting of 4 of our not-yet-released 2019 futures, including our first-ever Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve. VIP members will have the opportunity to purchase these wines at 30% off retail and receive 2 complimentary tickets to our futures release/pick-up party in October 2021.

🍷 For our General Admission ticket holders you will unwind with a lovely Mediterranean-style outdoor tasting, on our patio, overlooking vineyard views. At your own private, socially distanced table, you will be able to enjoy a specialty wine flight, chosen exclusively for Passport Weekend, including 5 of our specialty Rhone and Italian varietals. These wines will be paired with rustic French and Italian bites, perfectly paired to enhance and compliment the flavor of the wines and surroundings....in addition, Passport guests will receive 30% off all wine purchases.
